We are looking to recruit an Experienced After Sales Controller to provide assistance regarding the management of the Service and Parts Departments to ensure the achievement of the Aftersales revenue, utilisation and profit targets whilst maintaining a safe working environment that complies with all relevant health and safety legislation

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding aftersales service and achieve acceptable results in both sales of labour and parts
  • Ensure staff understand the importance of great customer service and that all communication reinforces this, to establish the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive team relationship providing mutual support and supervision. Delegate responsibilities to appropriate personnel and monitor progress to ensure work is completed as directed
  • Ensure Workshop loading and control is carried out in accordance with required procedures. Monitor Workshop productivity daily, maintain accurate efficiency records and manage the effective use of labour. Report and forecast operating results using the Daily Operating Control and KPI Forecast system
  • Ensure vehicle health checks and video health checks are carried out in accordance with agreed operational requirements
  • Monitor and report on Parts stock control including excess and obsolescence

You will need:

  • To have a working knowledge of the Service Reception, Workshop and Parts Departments
  • Have the ability to efficiently control the whole after sales function
  • A good team player with a strong customer service focus
  • Ability to performance manage the team
  • To be computer literate with the ability to understand and generate daily reports
  • To possess a full UK Driving Licence
