Role Summary:
As a Customer Support Officer we want you to work closely with other team members to provide the very best in customer service to our loyal customers. You will be an integral player in the smooth operation of our award winning service department, requiring you to be a great listener and communicator. This is a dynamic role which connects with all our dealership departments as well as our fantastic customers.
Requirements:
- You will need to be friendly and welcoming as the role includes meeting and greeting customers, handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls relating to Service/Mot/Parts/Repair bookings.
- You will need to be confident, articulate, have a good telephone manner and be able to communicate effectively and clearly.
- Administrative computer based duties are required.
- Inform customers on service and repair work that has be completed.
- Help and give advice to customers on service and warranty plans.
- A Full Driving Licence is essential.
Previous customer experience is preferred but not essential, a big smile is essential.
