Bristol Honda, Bath Honda and Bath Mitsubishi dealerships to re-open June 1st 2020

Further to the latest Government advice, we advise that our Bristol Honda, Bath Honda and Bath Mitsubishi sales showrooms will re-open on Monday 1st June 2020.

Our dealerships will be operating in accordance with COVID 19 social distancing, safety and hygiene measures to provide a safe environment for both our customers and our staff. Because of these implemented measures, we are currently operating on an appointment only basis so to make an appointment please telephone your preferred dealership on the telephone numbers below.

Key changes in our dealerships:

When you visit our dealerships, you will notice there is new signage throughout the showrooms. This signage will help you to keep two metres from other customers or colleagues, advise you of any one way systems in place and will direct you to the sanitising stations that we have in the dealerships.

As we want to make it as easy as possible for you to maintain social distancing, we have marked out safe distancing on the showroom floor. We have also reduced the number of cars on display in the showrooms to maximise space. All display vehicles in the showrooms are locked for your safety and can be opened upon request by a member of our sales team should you wish to view. The vehicle will be sanitised before and after you have viewed the vehicle. We will also request that you wear protective gloves and a face covering whilst you are viewing or test driving a vehicle at our dealerships.

Whilst you will receive a warm welcome back from our teams, unfortunately we are currently unable to offer you a beverage whilst with us, so if you have booked an appointment, please consider this in advance of your appointment.

Sales Frequently Asked Questions

Before lockdown, I purchased a new or approved used vehicle, when can I collect it?

If you have purchased a new or approved used vehicle from us and are waiting to take delivery or collect your new vehicle, a member of our sales team will contact you directly to arrange a suitable time and date for you to collect your vehicle from us via our contact-less collection procedure which is currently in place.

Can I now arrange a test drive?

Yes you can. Test drives are available by appointment only and these will be in accordance with our COVID-19 safety and hygiene procedures currently in place. A member of our sales team will talk you through the new test drive process prior to your scheduled showroom appointment.
