Polite, Courteous & Helpful

This dealership listened to us, noted our requirements and met them (we had previously had a challenging time at another Honda dealership). The staff even helped our children use your Wii, so that it was easier for us to discuss the purchase. The employees were polite, courteous and helpful throughout the process. The only reason we may buy another Honda from a different dealership in the future is if the deal is much better elsewhere (i.e. if the deals are comparable, we would continue to buy from this dealership). As already communicated with you last week, I would like to reinforce my appreciation to Ashley on Sales, as I felt he was prepared to go that EXTRA MILE in ensuring customer satisfaction. He wasn’t just happy to sell and run like many in the industry, but demonstrated genuine care and consideration when things didn’t go quite to plan when collecting the car originally.
