Following the Government announcement yesterday evening advising of a lockdown in England, please see below details on how HSH Motor Group will be operating from 8am on Wednesday 6th January for the duration of the lockdown.
AFTERSALES AT BRISTOL HONDA, BATH HONDA, BATH MITSUBISHI, CARDIFF HONDA
Our Aftersales Departments (Servicing, MOTs and Parts) at all our dealerships will be operational from 8am on 6th January throughout the lockdown period and will react accordingly to any further English and/or Welsh Government Guidelines. Whilst our dealership opening hours will initially remain unchanged, this may change during the lockdown period, so please telephone your dealership to make an aftersales appointment.
SALES AT BRISTOL HONDA, BATH HONDA, BATH MITSUBISHI AND CARDIFF HONDA
Whilst we temporarily cannot welcome customers into our showrooms during the lockdown, we will have members of our sales teams available to answer your telephone calls, provide videos of vehicles of interest and respond to your email enquiries. Vehicles can still be reserved and / or purchased via telephone and if you are waiting to collect a new or approved used car from us, our sales teams will contact you to safely facilitate the handover, conducted in a socially distanced and COVID safe environment.
